龙光集团签署债权人支持协议
财中社1月10日电龙光集团（03380）发布公告，公司与债权人小组已就整体重组方案达成一致，并于2025年1月10日签署了债权人支持协议（整体CSA），标志着整体债务重组的重要里程碑。根据该协议，境外债权人可以作为同意债权人加入整体CSA，支持重组方案的实施。
整体CSA的主要承诺包括，公司将合理努力按预期的方式实施重组方案，并促使重组生效日期在截止日期或之前发生。此外，早鸟CSA费用为同意债权人持有的境外债务本金总额的0.125%，而一般CSA费用为0.05%，截止日期分别为2025年1月27日和2025年2月27日。
公告中还提到，重组方案的实施需要大多数境外债权人的接受，且可能会受到多种不可控因素的影响。公司呼吁债权人积极参与并提供支持，以确保重组方案的顺利进行。
