GenusPlus Group Wins AU$270 Million Western Australian Government Contract; Shares Rise 6%

GenusPlus Group (ASX:GNP) secured an AU$270 million contract with Western Power, a Western Australian state government-owned corporation, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

The contract is for the Clean Energy Link-North Region project with the scope of work including designing and building two new terminals along with upgrades to the existing terminals located in the state, the filing said.

Work will start later this month and is expected to be completed by mid-2027, the filing added.

Shares of the company rose past 6% at market close.
