【葛兰素史克HIV暴露前预防长效药物艾普特®在中国上市】金十数据1月10日讯，葛兰素史克今日宣布其HIV暴露前预防长效药物艾普特®（卡替拉韦注射液）正式上市，用于有感染风险的成人和青少年（体重≥35kg）进行HIV-1暴露前预防（PrEP），以降低性传播感染HIV-1的风险，结合安全的性行为措施以达到更好的HIV-1 PrEP效果。截至2025年1月，卡替拉韦长效方案是国内首个且唯一获中国国家药品监督管理局批准上市的用于HIV暴露前预防的长效注射针剂。
