智通财经APP获悉，迈富时(02556)跌近20%，触及69港元创2024年5月30日以来新低，近一个月股价已腰斩。截至发稿，跌19.77%，报69港元，成交额4905.04万港元。
消息面上，迈富时此前公布，配售协议项下的所有条件已获达成，而配售已于2024年12月27 日完成。合共100万股配售股份已根据配售协议的条款按配售价每股配售股份110.00港元成功配售予不少于六名承配人，净筹约1.095亿港元。约70%用于营销和销售领域AI 大模型技术的研发，包含训练 Tforce营销领域大模型、构建智能体中台，以及智能体在场景的商用落地；约30%用于补充营运资金及一般企业用途。
据悉，迈富时是中国最大的营销与销售软件即服务（SaaS）解决方案提供商，2023年市场份额为3.0%。2024年上半年，公司实现营收7.39亿元，同比增长26.7%，其中SaaS收入4.0亿元，同比增长30.4%；股东应占亏损8.2亿元，同比扩大1112.0%。
