1 月 10 日，据 The Block 报道，Arbitrum DAO 已启动改进提案（AIP）投票，计划将 Arbitrum One 和 Nova 链升级至 Bounded Liquidity Delay（BoLD）协议。该协议自 2024 年 4 月起在测试网运行，若提案获批，将于 2025 年 2 月在两条主网链上实施。
BoLD 协议旨在加强 Arbitrum 提现至以太坊主网的安全性，引入固定时间窗口（约 13 天加 2 天宽限期）用于解决链状态争议。该机制将验证权限从白名单制转为完全开放，任何人都可参与网络安全验证，有效降低恶意延迟攻击风险。
