智通财经APP获悉，高鑫零售(06808)跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.24%，报1.79港元，成交额1222.5万港元。
消息面上，星展研报指出，将高鑫零售评级由“买入"下调至“持有”，目标价由3.1港元降至2.1港元。阿里巴巴以131亿元人民币向德弘资本出售高鑫零售的78.7%股权，该行认为，上述交易价格相对于高鑫零售最后交易每股2.48港元折让29%，这意味2026财年的市净率为0.7倍，低于至少1倍的市场预期，这可能会对高鑫零售的短期股价造成压力。
摩根士丹利指出，阿里巴巴出售高鑫零售，或令高鑫股价有负面反应，由于要约价远交易公布前收市价。不过，大摩认为，高鑫零售股价在要约价水平上可获支持，该行保守估计高鑫零售每股资产净值2.5港元。大摩还称，一旦少于90%非阿里巴巴股东接受要约，高鑫零售仍将继续维持上市地位。虽然阿里与德弘资本旗下基金就交易达成共识，但仍尚待监管部门批准。
