智通财经APP讯，数字王国(00547)公布，谢安先生已辞任执行董事及行政总裁，自2025年1月13日起生效。谢安先生于辞任生效日期将停任公司董事会主席、执行委员会成员及主席、提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员、根据上市规则第3.05条所规定的授权代表及法律程序代理人。
自2025年1月13日起，公司非执行董事兼首席策略顾问许兴利先生担任董事会署理主席;公司首席财务总监王章乐先生担任公司执行董事兼行政总裁，亦已分别获委任为执行委员会主席、提名委员会成员、薪酬委员会成员及授权代表，以及停任授权代表的替任人;公司财务总监陈瑞娟女士已获委任为公司两名授权代表的替任人;公司公司秘书兼另一授权代表霍丽恩女士已获委任为法律程序代理人。
