Seazen Group (HKG:1030) recorded contracted sales of around 3.21 billion yuan in December 2024, with a contracted sales area of 378,700 square meters, a Friday bourse filing said.
In December, the group had 174 properties for lease, with a total gross floor area of a little over 16 million square meters. Rental income for the month stood at approximately 1.09 billion yuan.
For the entire 2024, Seazen's contracted sales and sales area totaled 40.17 billion yuan and 5.4 million square meters, respectively.
