11月，蔻驰（COACH）的母公司泰佩思琦（Tapestry， Inc．）放弃了以85亿美元收购Michael Kors所有者卡普里控股的交易。
两位知情人士称，在创建美国奢侈品集团的交易失败后，卡普里控股聘请巴克莱银行研究战略选择，包括出售其范思哲和Jimmy Choo品牌。消息称，不排除整个卡普里控股集团也被出售的可能性。
