Ingenia Communities Group (ASX:INA) now anticipates underlying earnings per share forecast for fiscal 2025 of AU$0.29 AU$0.30, up from AU$0.244 to AU$0.256 previously, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The group expects earnings before interest and taxes of AU$162 million to AU$165 million, up from its previous target of AU$148 million to AU$155 million, the filing said.
The changes are due to ongoing cost benefits and savings from changes to the group's operating model, the filing added.
The group's results for the first half of fiscal 2025 will be released on Feb. 25.
Shares of the company rose 12% in recent Tuesday trade.
