A.k.a. Brands Expects Q4 Net Sales of $159 Million; Names CEO, CFO; Shares Up Pre-Bell

A.k.a. Brands Holding (AKA) on Monday reported preliminary Q4 net sales of about $159 million, up from $148.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $154 million.

In a separate statement, the company said that Ciaran Long has been named chief executive, effective immediately. Long has been interim CEO and chief financial officer since March 2023.

Kevin Grant, who has been the company's global controller since April 2021, will succeed Long as CFO, the company said.

A.k.a. shares rose 8.5% in premarket trading.
