The drilling contractor is preparing to mobilize equipment and rig up at Jackson 31 next week, with drilling expected to start immediately.
Genetic Technologies (ASX:GTG)
Genetic Technologies entered into an asset sale agreement to sell its direct-to-consumer businesses and assets. The sale includes the rights, title, and interest in businesses under the EasyDNA, AffinityDNA, GTLDNA, HomeDNADirect, Who'z the Daddy?, and International Biosciences brands.
Volt Resources (ASX:VRC)
Volt Resources secured firm commitments to raise AU$1.2 million through the issue of 471.5 million shares at AU$0.003 apiece. Executive Chairman Asimwe Kabunga and Non-Executive Director Dominic Virgara have committed AU$200,000 and AU$204,000, respectively, subject to shareholder approval.
D3 Energy (ASX:D3E)
D3 Energy reported an average flow rate of 102 thousand standard cubic feet per day during the first seven days of production testing at Nooitgedacht Major, a legacy borehole in South Africa. Preliminary analysis shows helium concentrations of 5.6% and methane at 83.2%.
XPON Technologies Group (ASX:XPN)
XPON Technologies Group extended and varied the convertible note deed announced in February 2024. The amendments include an extension of the maturity date to Aug. 26, and a variation in the annual interest payable.
