Orion Sees 2024 Adjusted EBITDA 'Nominally Below' Guidance; Shares Fall After Hours

Orion (OEC) said late Wednesday it expects 2024 adjusted EBITDA to be "nominally below" guidance of $305 million to $315 million.

The company said it launched an initiative in Q4 to cut its non-plant workforce by about 6% and expects to realize $6 million in annualized cost savings this year.

The company plans to report Q4 and 2024 results Feb. 19.

Orion shares fell 4.5% in after-hours activity.
