格隆汇1月13日丨中国春来(01969.HK)宣布，于2025年1月13日：(i)安阳学院(作为借款人，"安阳学院")与上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司安阳分行(作为贷款人，"贷款人1")订立营运资金贷款协议，据此，贷款人1已同意向安阳学院提供最多为人民币2.4亿元的定期贷款("贷款1")；及
(ii)商丘学院(作为借款人，"商丘学院")与上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司商丘分行(作为贷款人，"贷款人2")订立营运资金贷款协议("贷款协议2"，连同贷款协议1统称为"贷款协议")，据此，贷款人2已同意向商丘学院提供最多为人民币1.90亿元的定期贷款("贷款2"，连同贷款1统称为"贷款")。
