协合新能源达成新融资租赁安排，预计租金总额4.21亿元
财中社1月13日电协合新能源（00182）发布公告，商城县协合与长江金租于2025年1月13日达成新融资租赁安排，长江金租将以3.2亿元的价格向商城县协合购买设备资产，并租回给商城县协合，租期为15年，租金按季度支付。新融资租赁安排的适用利率为浮动利率，第一期季度租赁款的适用利率为3.75%。假设适用利率保持不变，租赁款总额预计约为4.21亿元。
同时，商城县协合与中信金租协商一致，取消原融资租赁安排，原因是由于5年期以上贷款市场报价利率大幅下行，原融资租赁安排尚未实施。新融资租赁安排将为商城县协合提供所需的财务资源，公告中提到，设备资产于2024年11月30日的未审计资产价值约为3.24亿元。此次交易不会导致集团录得任何出售收益或亏损，所得款项将用于一般运营资金。
