智通财经APP讯，道和环球(00915)发布公告，于2025年1月13日，本公司一间全资附属公司与一名独立第三方(卖方)就建议收购(可能收购事项)一间于中国成立的有限公司(目标公司)的51%股权订立意向书。可能收购事项的指示性价格为人民币5100万元(按人民币1.00元兑1.07港元的汇率计算，相等于5457万港元)。
据悉，目标公司于中国从事提供机器视觉技术软件服务。
机器视觉技术为人工智能与电脑视觉领域，专注于使用电脑及软件来模拟及延伸人类的视觉能力。目标公司提供机器视觉技术软件服务的业务与本集团透过深圳市乐唯科技开发有限公司所从事的软件开发业务具有行业共通性。
可能收购事项与本集团的策略目标及长期业务增长目标一致，预期可加强本集团的整体能力及市场地位。
