国联证券(01456.HK) 公布，拟变更公司名称及证券简称。包括将公司中文名称由“国联证券股份有限公司 ”变更为“国联民生证券股份有限公司”，以及将公司英文名称由“Guolian Securities Company Limited”变更为“Guolian Minsheng Securities Company Limited”
公司A及H股证券简称亦将由“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”，英文名称缩写由“Guolian Sec”变更为“Guolian Minsheng Sec”，证券代码则保持不变。
另外，经中国证监会核准通过，国联证券已完成本次重组所涉及的标的资产交割过户及新A股发行工作。本次重组中发行股份购买资产的发行新A股数量为26.4亿股，已于2025年1月3日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司上海分公司办理完成股份登记手续。
本次发行完成后，国联证券总股本由28.31亿股增加至54.72亿股，注册资本由28.31亿元人民币(下同)增加至54.72亿元。(js/w)
