BlockBeats 消息，1 月 16 日，Vitalik 在其社交平台评论 Soneium 将部分 Meme 币列入黑名单事件时表示，Soneium 的情况生动的展示了推出以太坊 L2 对企业和用户有何益处。企业可以对保留和给予用户多少控制权做出非常细致的选择。但无论他们选择什么规则，那都是规则。一切都在链上，透明，并可由第三方审计。
开发者也可以创建一个系统，让用户知道他们可以在需要时在 L2 上发送交易，但有一个很大的障碍 - 排序器可以限制但不能审查。这实际上是索尼所做的。这都是自由市场在发挥作用。作为一个生态系统，需要注意的是确保：
1、大量金融活动发生在完全开放的环境中；2、有足够的工具可供用户了解他们所处的链上环境的属性。
