Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi (HKG:1810) officially launched its business in South Korea on Wednesday, unveiling its flagship smartphones, the Xiaomi 14T and Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G, at its first press conference in Seoul.
The company plans to roll out additional products, including TVs, wearable devices, and robotic vacuum cleaners, by February, Yonhap News reported Wednesday.
However, the company clarified it has no plans to introduce its electric vehicles in South Korea, prioritizing the Chinese EV market for the next three years, it said.
