近日，市场误传优必选核心管理层在禁售承诺后减持的消息，引发讨论。优必选相关负责人也做出回应，公司核心高管周剑、熊友军、王琳自上市以来从未出售过任何一股直接持有的公司股份，根据禁售承诺，未来一年内三人也不会出售，公司核心管理层对公司发展始终保持信心。
另外消息，麦迪科技(603990)发布公告称，公司近期关注到市场对机器人概念的关注度显著提升。在此背景下，公司于2024年9月12日与优必选携手共同合资成立了苏州优麦机器人有限责任公司。此次合作中，麦迪科技将利用部分募投项目的结余资金，投入到“创新产品研发中心项目”中。该项目的重要组成部分是智能医疗服务机器人相关应用的研发，旨在通过技术创新推动医疗服务领域的智能化升级。
