　　美国零售商塔吉特公司周四表示，假日销售额超出预期，促使其上调了其第四季度可比销售增长预测。

　　这家零售商表示，在其黑色星期五和网络星期一促销活动期间，其销售额创下了历史新高，店内和数字流量同比增长。

　　塔吉特公司还宣布了几项高管变动，因为该公司的两位长期高管宣布了退休计划。

　　该公司预计，与去年同期相比，第四季度的可比销售额将增长1.5%，高于在其第三季度收益报告中给出的可比销售额持平的预测。

　　随着黑色星期五创下记录，11月和12月的可比销售额上升。

　　该公司在11月和12月的可比销售额增长了2%，其商店和网站的流量增长了 3%，黑色星期五和网络星期一促销活动期间，该公司的销售额创历史最高纪录。
