【潘功胜：房地产市场风险水平已大幅弱化，市场成交水平总体改善】金十数据1月13日讯，1月13日，中国人民银行行长潘功胜在第18届亚洲金融论坛上表示，我国的房地产市场已经过近30年的长周期繁荣，经历重大的转型，并寻找新的均衡点。“我们从供需两端综合施策，（一方面）优化调整房地产金融政策，优化相关的税收政策，（另一方面）加上经营主体通过调整经营策略、债务重组等方式进行的自我修复，房地产市场的风险水平已大幅弱化，市场成交水平总体改善。”潘功胜表示。他指出，2024年10月份以来，中国30个大中城市商品房的销售面积连续3个月环比增长，连续2个月同比增长。近期中央进一步明确，地方政府专项债券可用于回收闲置的存量土地，新增土地收储和收购存量商品房，这将加快房地产市场的去库存，实现房地产市场的止跌回稳。
