Newborn Town Trustee Buys More Shares Under Award Scheme

Newborn Town (HKG:9911) trustee Three D Partners bought 11,720,000 shares between Jan. 6, and Jan. 10, for around HK$39.9 million under the company's restricted share unit award scheme, a Friday bourse filing said.

The shares, representing 0.83% of the company's existing issued share capital, were repurchased from the market for roughly HK$3.41 apiece.

Following the recent buyback, Three D Partners holds 83,920,069 shares in the internet marketing company.

Previously, between April 28, 2023, and Jan. 3, 2025, the trustee purchased an aggregate of 67,512,000 shares of the company on the market.
