【中国金茂：4幅地块被湖州南太湖管委会收储，获现金补偿7.81亿元】金十数据1月14日讯，中国金茂(00817.HK)13日公告称，1月13日，公司的间接全资附属公司湖州东茂与湖州南太湖管委会就土地收储订立土地收储协议。根据土地收储协议，湖州东茂同意将该地块交由湖州南太湖管委会收储，代价为7.81亿元，以现金补偿。资料显示，该地块包含4幅编号分别为TH-07-01-06A、08B、08E及09A的地块，总占地面积约为147277平方米，位于湖州市滨湖东，该等地块目前规划用于开发住宅物业、零售商业以及批发市场用途。截至目前，该地块仍未开发。
