中国建材旗下中材科技业绩预告净利润降57.26%至71.48%
财中社1月15日电中国建材（03323）发布公告，旗下中材科技在截至2024年12月31日的财年业绩预告显示，归属于中材科技股东的净利润预计为6.34亿元至9.5亿元，同比下降57.26%至71.48%。扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计为2.83亿元至4.24亿元，同比下降78.4%至85.59%。基本每股收益预计在0.3778元至0.5662元之间，而上年同期为1.3249元。
公告指出，业绩变动的主要原因是中材科技主要产品价格同比下降，导致上述财务指标均有所下降。中材科技的业绩预告数据为财务部门初步估算，尚未经过注册会计师的审计。公司将于2024年年度报告中披露详细财务数据，提醒投资者注意投资风险。
