又一家公司布局“A+H”，峰岹科技递表港交所
1月15日，已于A股科创板上市的峰岹科技（688279.SH）递表港交所，中金公司为独家保荐人。
资料显示，峰岹科技是一家专注于BLDC电机驱动控制芯片的设计公司。据悉，BLDC电机是一种采用电子换向方式驱动的无刷电机，通过电子换向实现磁场的变化，驱动电机转子旋转。与传统电机相比，BLDC电机具有效率高、功耗低、控制精度高、噪音低等优点，在各类应用领域得到广泛使用。
当前，该公司的产品涵盖典型电机驱动控制的全部核心器件，包括电机主控芯片，如MCU和ASIC；电机驱动芯片，如HVIC；功率器件，如MOSFET；以及智能功率模块IPM。
弗若斯特沙利文的资料显示，截至2023年12月31日，峰岹科技在中国BLDC电机主控及驱动芯片市场的份额达到4.8%（按收入计），排名第六，且是该市场前十大企业中唯一的中国企业。
财务方面，峰岹科技2024年前三季度营收为人民币4.33亿元，同比增长53.72%；期内利润为人民币1.84亿元，同比增长48.23%。
