Venture Corp. (SGX:V03) bought back 33,000 shares in the open market on Monday for SG$418,475 or SG$12.66 apiece, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company has been authorized to buy back roughly 14.5 million shares under its current mandate. To date, it has bought back approximately 1.2 million shares.
