中国恒大(03333.HK) 被判须向恒大物业(06666.HK) 偿还134亿元人币及利息损失，恒大物业今早(13日)股价一度飙升31%，最高见0.93元。现报0.83元，升16.9%，成交1.08亿股，涉资9,292.83万元。
恒大物业公布，广东省广州市中级人民法院已就集团约134亿人民币存款质押被相关银行强制执行提起的诉讼作出判决，中国恒大应于判决发生法律效力之日起10日内合共偿还134亿元人民币及利息损失。另外，相关责任方还需负担案件受理费共约7,254万人民币。声明补充，有关判决仍可作出上诉。集团追回上述款项的金额尚存在重大不确定性，预期诉讼不会对日常业务经营产生重大影响。(mn/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
