摩根士丹利财富管理部门负责人Andy Saperstein在2022年告诉投资者，应该预期每三年左右就会增加约1万亿美元的净新增资产。时任公司首席执行官、财富管理战略的设计者James Gorman不久后在一次备受关注的战略更新中正式确立了这一目标。

　　但摩根士丹利距离目标还差得远。

　　摩根士丹利周四宣布，去年其财富管理业务带来2520亿美元的净新增资产。这低于2023年的2820亿美元和2022年的3110亿美元。

　　要在截至2025年的三年内实现1万亿美元的目标，该公司今年必须增加4660亿美元的净新增资产，较去年增长85%。
