第一太平戴维斯代理以公开邀约方式，放售由世茂(00813.HK) 等持有的东涌怡东路9号喜来登酒店项目，邀约截止日期为2025年4月15日。虽然未有提供放售意向价等资料，但以去年12月底市传最新放售价约45亿元计，较之前已减价逾三成。
该项目为再度推出市场放售，是由万豪所营运的双品牌酒店，包括世茂喜来登酒店及福朋喜来登酒店。两间酒店品牌各有定位，世茂喜来登酒店为高端五星级酒店，共有218间客房，而福朋喜来登酒店共有1,001间客房，主要吸纳经济型顾客。两间酒店共提供1,219间客房，是次将连同基座商场“湾景荟T Bay”一并出售，总建筑面积约61万方呎，以客房量计为区内最大及全港第三大酒店。
