智通财经APP讯，中国东方航空股份(00670)发布公告，因均瑶集团经营计划需要，自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内，均瑶集团拟通过集中竞价交易和/或大宗交易方式合计减持不超过公司总股本的0.13%的A股，即不超过约2867.83万股。若减持计划实施期间公司发生送股、资本公积转增股本、配股等股本变动事项，本次拟减持股份数量将相应进行调整(以下简称“本次减持计划”)。
截至本公告披露日，公司股东上海均瑶(集团)有限公司(以下简称“均瑶集团”)持有公司股份2867.834万股，占公司总股本的0.13%。上述股份来源于公司非公开发行取得的股份，已于2022年8月30日解除限售。
