药明康德公告，公司通过间接控股子公司累计出售药明合联8600万股股票，约占药明合联当前总股本的7.17%，累计成交金额约24.26亿港元，占公司最近一期经审计归属母公司股东净资产的4.07%。经初步核算，过去十二个月内公司出售药明合联股票累计实现的投资收益为人民币20.16亿元，占公司最近一期经审计归属母公司股东净利润的比例超过10%，其中影响公司2024年度当期净利润约为人民币7.2亿元，影响公司2025年度当期净利润约为人民币12.97亿元。
