丘钛科技附属公司收到评税纠正 连利总额下调约4285万元
财中社1月14日电丘钛科技（01478）发布公告，印度丘钛于2024年11月22日向所得税上诉法庭提起了针对最终评估的上诉，并申请暂缓支付税项。2024年11月29日，上诉法庭发现最终评估存在法律条文错误及税金计算错误，要求评税部门进行纠正。2025年1月9日，印度丘钛收到评税部门的纠正令，税款连利息总额下调约5.03亿卢比（折合约4285万元），应缴总额调整为12.95亿卢比（折合约1.1亿元）。
在咨询法律及税务顾问后，印度丘钛对更新税项的计算逻辑仍有异议，并将继续捍卫其立场。税务争议的上诉程序仍在进行中，若适合，印度丘钛可能会考虑进一步的诉讼程序。公司正在评估相关事件对财务报表的影响，并将根据适用会计准则进行调整。若有重大进展，公司将及时公告股东及潜在投资者。
