1月13日，宜宾市商业银行正式登陆港交所，成为2022年以来首家上市的银行企业，股票代码为2596.HK，股票简称宜宾银行。宜宾银行此次全球发售的股份总数为6.884亿股，最终发行价为2.59港元，募资净额超过17亿港元，总市值约120亿港元。

资料显示，宜宾银行成立于2006年，是在原宜宾市城市信用社基础上改制设立的股份制地方金融机构。在经历四轮增资扩股后，宜宾银行的注册资本提升至目前的39亿元。此番成功登陆港股市场，成为A+H最“袖珍”上市银行。

天眼查显示，五粮液集团是其第一大股东，持股16.9909%；宜宾市财政局、宜宾翠屏区财政局、宜宾南溪区财政局及杨兴旺分别持股约16.9881%、16.9824%、14.3994%、0.0015%。
