智通财经APP讯，华润医药(03320)发布公告，本公司的非全资附属公司华润医药商业集团有限公司(华润医药商业)已根据中国证券监督管理委员会的批复(证监许可[2024]1356号)于中国发行第一期公司债券(2025年公司债券)，该批复同意华润医药商业自2024年9月29日起计两年期间，于中国向专业投资者公开发行本金总额不超过人民币200亿元的公司债券。
董事会欣然宣布，本金额人民币16亿元的第一期2025年公司债券已发行，期限三年，票面年利率为1.92%。
发行第一期2025年公司债券所募集的资金净额将用于偿还有息债务。
