明源云控股股东陈晓辉增持200万股股份
财中社1月14日电明源云（00909）发布公告，执行董事兼控股股东陈晓辉于2025年1月14日增持公司股份。陈晓辉通过其控制的实体HengXinYuan Investment Limited在公开市场以平均每股2.44港元的价格购买了共计200万股公司股份，占公司已发行股份总额约0.1%。增持后，HengXinYuan和陈晓辉分别直接持有公司股份2.87亿股和被视为持有2.91亿股股份的权益，合计占公司已发行股份总数约14.75%和14.95%。
陈晓辉表示，增持的原因是对公司整体发展前景和增长潜力充满信心，并不排除在合适时机进一步增持公司股份。公告还提到，公司已遵循适用法律和香港联交所的相关规定，保持已发行股份的充足公众持股量。
