移卡完成卖方配售与认购 共配售1915万股股份
财中社1月13日电移卡（09923）发布公告，宣布完成了卖方配售及认购。卖方配售于2025年1月9日完成，共配售1915万股，配售价格为每股10.1港元，成功配售给不少于六名独立的专业、机构及个人投资者。所有承配人及其最终实益拥有者均与公司无关联。
认购部分于2025年1月13日完成，同样为1915万股，认购价格同样为每股10.1港元。扣除相关开支后，认购股份的净值约为每股9.88港元，认购股份占扩大后已发行股本的约4.14%。认购所得款项净额预计约为1.89亿元港元。
