智通财经APP获悉，新吉奥房车(00805)首挂上市，公告显示，每股定价1.27港元，共发行2.4亿股股份，每手2000股，所得款项净额约2.53亿港元。截至发稿，跌22.83%，报0.98港元，成交额242.61万港元。
公开资料显示，新吉奥房车是于澳洲和新西兰拥有广泛业务网络的房车公司，设计、开发、制造及销售定制拖挂式房车。根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2023年的收入及销量计，公司在澳洲和新西兰房车行业的市场份额中均位居第二。
据悉，公司设计、开发、制造及销售各种定制拖挂式房车，提供全方位的功能及更广范围的配套服务，满足尊贵的房车车主的个性化品味及要求。截至2024年6月30日，公司已成功量产49款房车，均为标准房车。
