Scantech Plans Up to 569 Million Yuan Shanghai IPO

Scantech (Hangzhou) plans to raise up to 568.8 million yuan in its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Science and Technology Innovation Board, according to a Friday bourse filing.

The 3D vision digital products manufacturer is offering up to 17 million shares at 33.46 yuan apiece, the filing said.

CITIC Securities (HKG:6030, SHA:600030) is the sponsor and lead underwriter of the offering.
