消息面上，世茂集团发布公告称，深化连盛投资有限公司(呈请人)于2025年1月10日向香港特别行政区高等法院(高等法院)提出对公司的清盘呈请，涉及公司与招银国际财务有限公司相关跨境贷款所提供的担保，未偿还金额约人民币2.58亿元。高等法院已将该呈请的首次聆讯日期定为2025年3月19日。据悉，世茂集团2024年累计合同销售340亿元，12月销售28.3亿元。
