De Grey Mining (ASX:DEG) validated the gold grade of the Brolga deposit within the Hemi project in Western Australia following the results of an infill grade control drill program, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Results yielded up to 26 meters at 3.3 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold, including 10 meters at 7.6 g/t grade of gold from 46 meters, the filing said.
The program led to the establishment of a maiden measured mineral resource estimate for the deposit of 12.7 million tonnes of material at 1.4 g/t gold for 600,000 gold ounces, per the filing.
