智通财经APP获悉，石油股逆市走强，截至发稿，中海油服(02883)涨2.74%，报7.12港元；中海油(00883)涨2.87%，报19.36港元；中石油(00857)涨1.8%，报6.21港元；中石化(00386)涨0.23%，报4.35港元。
消息面上，当地时间1月10日，美国又宣布对俄罗斯经济实施新一轮制裁。制裁对象涉及了俄罗斯石油生产商、油轮、中间商、贸易商和港口等。其中，俄罗斯天然气工业股份公司和苏尔古特石油公司及其子公司、180多艘油轮以及十多名俄罗斯能源官员和高管。据悉，这些制裁是迄今为止针对俄罗斯能源部门最为严厉的措施，旨在切断俄罗斯主要的俄乌冲突资金来源。新措施还包括对多个能源相关实体的封锁，并限制俄罗斯通过能源出口获取美元收入。
值得关注的是，上周五，受美国原油库存下降影响，国际原油价格基准——布伦特原油期货价格上涨逾4%，突破每桶80美元，达到10月份以来的最高水平。高盛表示，美国极端寒冷天气导致俄克拉荷马州库欣的库存水平降至2014年以来的最低水平，此外，油价上涨还因大宗商品交易员们对当选总统唐纳德·特朗普领导下的美国政策的担忧有关，包括可能对伊朗实施的制裁以及可能扰乱能源流动的全球贸易冲突，全球石油供应预期正在加速收紧。
