金吾财讯 | 恒大物业(06666)早盘股价强势走高，截止发稿，报0.89港元，涨25.35%，成交额4495.08万港元。消息面上，公司公布，广东省广州市中级人民法院已就集团约134亿人民币存款质押被相关银行强制执行提起的诉讼作出判决，中国恒大等债任方须向集团六家附属偿还款项共约134亿人民币及利息损失。另外，相关责任方还需负担案件受理费共约7,254万人民币。恒大物业表示，公司股东及潜在投资者应注意上述判决仍可作出上诉，追回上述款项的金额尚存在重大不确定性，董事会预期诉讼不会对本集团的日常业务经营产生重大影响。
