智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)盘中涨超11%，截至发稿，涨9.13%，报2.63港元，成交额991.66万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药宣布，与科伦博泰就HBM9378/SKB378与Windward Bio AG（以下简称“Windward Bio”）签订许可协议。HBM9378/SKB378是一款由和铂医药与科伦博泰联合开发的靶向胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素（TSLP）的全人源单克隆抗体。根据协议，Windward Bio获得HBM9378/SKB378在全球范围内（不包括大中华区以及部分东南亚及西亚国家）进行研究、开发、生产和商业化的独家授权。
和铂医药和科伦博泰有权获得总计高达9.7亿美元的首付款和里程碑付款，以及基于净销售额的个位数至双位数百分比的分级特许权使用费。其中，首付款和近期里程碑付款共计4500万美元，包括现金付款及Windward Bio母公司股权。此外，如果Windward Bio近期发生控制权变更或与第三方签订再许可协议，和铂医药和科伦博泰将有权获得额外款项。基于该许可协议的所有款项将等额支付给和铂医药和科伦博泰。
