　　世茂集团（00813）发布公告，深化连盛投资有限公司（呈请人）于2025年1月10日向香港特别行政区高等法院（高等法院）提出对本公司的清盘呈请（该呈请），涉及本公司与招银国际财务有限公司相关跨境贷款所提供的担保，未偿还金额约人民币2.58亿元。

　　高等法院已将该呈请的首次聆讯日期定为2025年3月19日。

　　本公司股东及投资者应注意，提交该呈请并不代表呈请人能成功对本公司进行清盘。于本公告日期，高等法院并无颁布清盘令以将本公司清盘。
