　　君实生物（01877）发布公告，本公司控股子公司上海旺实生物医药科技有限公司收到中国国家药品监督管理局（国家药监局）核准签发的《药品补充申请批准通知书》，氢溴酸氘瑞米德韦片（商品名：民得维®，产品代号： VV116/JT001）用于治疗轻中度新型冠状病毒感染（“COVID-19”）的成年患者的适应症获得国家药监局同意，由附条件批准转为常规批准。

　　本次民得维®常规批准基于多项临床及非临床研究，包括JT001-015研究及一项纳入近8，000例患者的真实世界研究。研究结果显示，在轻、中度COVID-19患者中，民得维®可显著加速症状缓解和消失、缩短病程，加快病毒转阴，降低重症 COVID-19或全因死亡发生率，对老年和高风险患者效果更显著。在轻中度肝肾功能不全的患者中，民得维®表现出良好的安全性和耐受性，患者在服药过程中无需或仅需少量调整用药剂量。同时，药理研究显示民得维®基本无药物间相互作用，大大减少了用药禁忌，有效保障患者的合并用药，为特殊人群提供了更安全、更有效的选择。
