Calidus Resources (ASX: CAI) said it has emerged from external administration after its Deeds of Company Arrangement (DOCAs) took effect, as confirmed by its deed administrators, according to a Jan. 10 filing with the Australian bourse.
The confirmation follows the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions precedent to the DOCAs, the filing said.
Control of the companies transferred to a new board of directors after the receivers and managers retired and the deed administrators stepped down, the filing added.
