Zhihu (HKG:2390) granted a total of 446,106 restricted share units to seven employees of the group under its 2022 share incentive plan on Friday, a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The granted shares represent the same number of class A ordinary shares and 0.17% of the total issued shares of the company.
