智通财经APP获悉，华电国际(01071)午后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.91%，报3.73港元，成交额7247.39万港元。
消息面上，华电国际此前公告，拟收购控股股东华电集团旗下的8家火电公司，交易对价共计71.66亿元。本次拟注入标的资产合计在运装机规模约为1597.28万千瓦，占公司现有控股装机规模5881.53万千瓦的比例为27.16%。长江证券此前指出，华电国际作为大型火电央企之一，较高的基数下不容易兑现高成长，但集团火电资产的注入也助力华电国际拥有了较高的成长预期。
广发证券指出，近期浙能电力、皖能电力和港股火电已经破净。该行指出，对于煤价市场仍未形成一致预期，看好一季度水电发电量提升，或抑制煤价。此外，关注Q3容量电价、辅助服务电价等提升度电收入，或可支撑火电公司盈利稳定，火电的公用事业化仍然值得期待。
