【融创境内债“H融创05”二次重组获债权人投票通过】金十数据1月13日讯，记者获悉，融创房地产集团的境内债“H融创05”（债券代码：135548.SH）二次重组在1月10日已获得债权人投票表决通过。此次融创的境内债二次重组涉及债券包括“H6融地01”、“H融创05”、“H融创07”、“PR融创01”、“20融创02”、“H0融创03”、“H1融创01”、“H1融创03”、“H1融创04”以及“H21融01优”，总金额面值为154亿元，新方案预计降债比例超50%。目前上述10只境内债券已有9只通过投票重组，仅剩下“H融创07”尚未形成有效决议，这笔债券最晚应于2025年1月21日进行分期本息偿付。据澎湃新闻了解，该笔债券拟在2025年1月21日前重新召集债券持有人会议审议债券重组方案等相关议案。
